What is a past due account?

Can I make a payment arrangement on the account?

如果您无法在正常付款期内支付水费,请通知平台登录. 您可以通过联系客户服务要求其他付款安排或延期. Options include an extension of time, in addition to requesting a deferred, reduced or alternative payment schedule.  任何遵守与SJW签订的替代付款安排的客户,不会因未付款而中断服务, 只要客户在以后的每一个结算期内都保持其帐户上的水费. 

Additionally, SJW’s Customer Assistance Program (CAP), formerly known as WRAP,  provides a 15% discount on total water charges, excluding state and local fees, for those who meet income requirements.

What if I disagree with the bill?

What is a Final Notice?

If my water is shut off, how do I get it turned back on?

SJW will work with you to restore service. Once your water service is discontinued for non-payment, SJW需要接受付款选项才能恢复服务.   You will also be charged a re-connection fee. 如果在营业时间内重新接水,费用是20美元. After normal business hours, the fee is $30.  平台登录希望与您合作,尽快恢复您的供水服务. There are several payment options:

  • Pay the full balance due
